Lesley Croll Henry

Lesley Croll Henry has a diverse work experience in the legal and talent acquisition field. Lesley currently holds the position of Vice President, Head of Talent at Graphite since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Axiom for several years in various roles, including Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Lawyer Talent from February 2020 to June 2021, Director, Attorney Talent from February 2017 to February 2020, and Attorney Community Senior Manager from June 2014 to February 2017. Lesley also served as the Director of Lawyer and Client Happiness at Cognition LLP from January 2012 to June 2014. Lesley started their career at McCarthy Tetrault as an Articling Student and Associate in the Labour and Employment department from August 2009 to January 2012.
