Diana Berisha

Diana Berisha is currently serving as General Counsel at Spark Capital since July 2023. Prior to this role, Diana was Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from July 2015 to June 2023 and worked as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from September 2012 to June 2015. Diana holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
