Celestin Mucyo

Mucyo has an extensive background in facilitation, training, mentoring, and proposal writing. He has also has substantial experience working with rural communities. Mucyo graduated with a Bachelor's Degree, with honors in Procurement Management from the University of Rwanda in 2016. Mucyo has been working with Spark Microgrants since 2017. He enjoys hiking, jogging, and reading books in his free time.
