Aaron Apple has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Research Assistant at the Neurolinguistics Lab at New York University in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Syntactic Structures of the Worlds Languages (now TerraLing). In 2010, they held the roles of Editorial Intern at DVL Seigenthaler and Intern at 826CHI, where they administered the after-school tutoring program and taught writing as a teaching assistant in two English classrooms in a Chicago Public School. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at The Consciousness and Computation Lab at Columbia University and The Davachi Memory Lab at New York University. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Johns Hopkins University as a Graduate Researcher and Manager. In 2016, they began working at SPARK Neuro as the Director of Innovation, and later became the Director of Research and Neuroscience Research Manager. In their current role, they direct the client-service teams and oversees and develops the data science initiatives.
Aaron Apple attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Master's Degree in Cognitive Science. Aaron also attended the Linguistic Society of America Summer Institute in 2015, and New York University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Language and Mind.
