Brian Au

Brian Au is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Chapter Lead for Digital Channels Web Development at Spark New Zealand since September 2023, Brian previously held various roles at Air New Zealand, including Chapter Lead for Software Engineering, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer from June 2021 to September 2023. Earlier roles at Spark New Zealand included Software Developer, with additional experience at AirShare Limited and Southern Cross Health Society. Brian’s career began at Genesis as an Application Developer and IT Intern. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from The University of Auckland.
