Daniel Burnside

Daniel Burnside has over a decade of experience in marketing and customer support, currently serving as Retention Marketing Manager and Agile Product Owner at Spark New Zealand since August 2011. Daniel leads a team focused on customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling, while also engaging in customer journey planning and financial modeling. In addition, Daniel acts as a Privacy Ambassador, ensuring that new initiatives align with Spark's privacy values. Prior to Spark, Daniel held various roles in customer support and marketing at Spark, as well as serving as a Shift Supervisor at Briscoe Group. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
