Tracy Watson is a seasoned legal and commercial professional with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as a Legal Business Partner at Spark New Zealand since October 2014, where Tracy provides consumer and commercial legal advice, notably for the Kupu app and has contributed to the Agile transition. Prior roles include Commercial Manager for Spark Digital and Transfield Services, focusing on contract governance, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. Tracy also held positions at TelstraClear, where responsibilities included managing high-value contracts and providing regulatory advice, along with earlier roles in market analysis and education. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland.
