Hannah Holmes is a legal professional with extensive experience in the competition law sector. Currently serving as a Legal Business Partner at Spark New Zealand since June 2022, Hannah previously held roles at the Commerce Commission as both Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, focusing on competition-related legal issues from July 2019 to June 2022. Prior to this, Hannah worked as a Solicitor in the Competition team at Russell McVeagh from February 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included advising clients on Commerce Act compliance and engaging with the Commerce Commission on client applications. Additionally, Hannah contributed to legal education as a Tutor for introductory law courses at Victoria University of Wellington from March 2014 to November 2015.
