Hali Avener

Hali Avener is a seasoned professional in healthcare business operations and community partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Community Partnerships at Spark Pediatrics since October 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Business Operations at Care Options for Kids from December 2022 to April 2025, where Hali led business development and operations strategy for Northeast Florida, focusing on 24/7 nursing care for medically fragile children. Hali also held positions as an Account Executive at Amedisys, specializing in transitions from inpatient facilities to home care, and as a Hospital & Physician Territory Manager at VITAS Healthcare. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Marketing at Absolute Injury and Pain Physicians. Hali holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Florida.
