Krina Parmar

Krina Parmar is currently working as a Manager at Spark PWM Private Limited, overseeing the entire investment lifecycle for Category 1 AIF - Angel Fund. Prior to this role, Krina held positions at KPMG as a Manager in Equity Deals, where Krina advised clients on financial models and complex structuring assignments. Krina also worked as a Senior Executive and Executive, handling tax due diligence and structuring assignments. Krina started their career as an Articled Assistant at Chaturvedi & Shah, where Krina dealt with various tax-related matters. Krina holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a specialization in Tax Law/Taxation, and is currently pursuing their CFA Level 2 certification. Krina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics.
