Jacose Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jacose began their career as a Creative Executive Assistant at Wieden + Kennedy, where they supported the creative direction and workflow for global accounts. Jacose then transitioned to GutMonkey, a patient engagement company, where they served as Vice President of Business Development, focusing on developing content for rare disease communities. After GutMonkey, they joined Sanofi Genzyme as a Community Relations and Education Manager, where they provided education and support for the hemophilia community. Jacose later took on the role of Global Public Affairs & Patient Advocacy Lead, overseeing strategic planning and engagement initiatives for CAD and aTTP. Most recently, they have been working at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. as the Director of Patient Advocacy, responsible for promoting health literacy around gene therapy and inclusive drug development practices. In addition to their current role, Jacose is also a member of the Board of Directors at Save One Life, Inc.

Jacose Bell has a Master's degree in Bioethics and Health Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, which they are currently pursuing since 2021. Jacose also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History, specifically American History (United States), from Portland State University, which they completed from 1997 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Jacose has obtained certifications in Health Economics and Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2021, Reframing Racism from the Center for Equity and Inclusion in 2018, and The Heart of / Art of Facilitation - Facilitator Intensive Training from Power of Hope - Partners for Youth Empowerment in 2017.
