Suzanne Baker

Suzanne Baker has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on benefits and HR operations. Suzanne is currently working as a Benefits Lead at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to that, they served as a Compensation and Benefits Leader, North America at Axalta from 2017 to 2020. From 2011 to 2017, Suzanne worked as an AVP, Benefits and HR Operations at Penn Mutual.
