Holly Rainwater

Holly Rainwater is currently the Vice-President of Drug and Alcohol Programs at Spark TS. Previously, Holly held positions such as Manager Drug and Alcohol Programs at Canadian Pacific Railway and Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Kansas City Southern Railway. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Theatre from South Dakota State University, Holly has a wealth of experience in managing federally-mandated drug and alcohol programs and ensuring compliance with policies.
