Biljana Sanev has extensive experience in human resources, starting as an Officer at a Notary Public Office in 1999. Biljana then moved to Stopanska banka AD - Skopje, where they held roles such as HR Officer, HR Administration Department Manager, and HR Business Partners Department Manager from 2002 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje as the Human Resources Director.
Biljana Sanev obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in International Political Studies from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje in the years 1995-2000. Biljana then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management at New York College Greece from 2008 to 2010. Most recently, in 2018-2019, they received a KBK Coaching Certificate from Coaching Centar Sinergija Belgrade in collaboration with the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
