Elena Stamenkovska

Elena Stamenkovska has over 15 years of experience in project management, process optimization, and organizational development. Elena has held various leadership roles in companies such as Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje, A1 Makedonija, one.Vip DOOEL Skopje, ONE - Telecommunications Services SC Skopje, and Cosmofon. Elena's expertise includes setting up project offices, managing project portfolios, implementing international standards, providing project management training, and optimizing processes. Their most recent role was as Director of Business Processes and Organization at Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje.

Elena Stamenkovska completed their high school education at DSEPU Vasil Antevski - Dren from 1996 to 2000, focusing on Economy. Elena then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management at University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” from 2000 to 2005. Elena furthered their education with a Master's in Economic Sciences (MSc) with a focus on MBA at the same university from 2007 to 2010. Later, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from MIT University Skopje, Faculty of Psychology, from 2015 to 2019.
