Rodrick Duca

Rodrick Duca is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading, treasury management, and client relations. Currently serving as Supervisor Trade Desk - Securities & Custody at Sparkasse Bank Malta plc since September 2022, Rodrick previously held roles such as Senior Lead Trader and Treasury Analyst at Curmi & Partners Ltd., and Head of Trading at the same firm, where responsibilities included managing trades on the Malta Stock Exchange and ensuring best execution for various financial instruments. Earlier roles at Calamatta Cuschieri as Treasury Manager and Senior Trader involved engaging with trading counterparties and managing foreign exchange exposures, while initial experience at Crystal Finance Investments Limited focused on operations and compliance. Rodrick began the career as a Sales Representative at Allcare Insurance Agency Ltd. Rodrick holds a B.Com (Hons) in Banking & Finance from the University of Malta, complemented by an educational background at St Aloysius College.
