Josephine Lexner began their career as a Student Assistant at home Erhverv in 2012. Josephine later interned as a Group Sales and Value Management Intern at Carlsberg Group. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific at Forth Capital, where they developed marketing strategies and handled inquiries. Josephine then served as a Marketing Consultant at Lufthansa Technik, where they developed a social media strategy. In 2017, they worked as an Executive in Marketing Communications at Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong before returning to Copenhagen. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Aquient, driving new business and ensuring customer success. Josephine then worked as a Project Manager at Wunderman, handling global email campaigns for Samsung. Currently, they are working at Sparkmate as the Right-hand to the CEO, helping startups and corporates accelerate in product development.
Josephine Lexner completed their education in a variety of institutions and fields of study. Josephine first attended Copenhagen Business School from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 2011, they also studied at Berkeley College-New York, focusing on Marketing and Business Organization. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance and Strategic Management at Copenhagen Business School. In 2013, they had a study abroad experience at Regent's University London, specializing in International Business.
Additionally, Josephine Lexner obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce. Furthermore, in December 2022, they acquired the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
