Richard Collins

Richard Collins is currently working at SparkNav as a Tier III Technical Support Specialist since June 2019. Prior to that, Richard worked at The START Group as an IT Support Specialist from January 2015 to June 2019. Richard also has experience as a Robotics Technician at MAD Magic from October 2013 to December 2014. With a background as a Shift Leader at Pizza Hut from 2008 to 2013, Richard has a solid foundation in leadership and technical support roles. Educated at York Technical College from 2005 to 2007 and Winthrop University in 2003 and 2004, Richard has a strong educational background to support their professional experience.
