Annalie Killian has a diverse and accomplished work experience. Annalie started their career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as a Senior Accountant & Auditor. Annalie then went on to work at BHP Billiton (Africa) as a VP of Public Affairs, where they led organization change and communication efforts. Annalie later founded and curated the Amplify Festival of Innovation & Thought Leadership at AMP, growing it into a successful business transformation platform. Annalie also worked as a Director of Innovation, Communication, and Culture, where they influenced the build-out of the company's innovation ecosystem. At sparks & honey, Annalie served as a Director of Human Networks, leading an experiment in building the intelligent organization of the future. Annalie then became a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, curating partnerships and expert communities for F500 clients. Annalie developed IP and frameworks for global challenges and helped purpose-driven brands align their strategy. Currently, Annalie works as a Directrice Exécutive Stratégie at Proximity Worldwide, where they focus on global strategic partnerships. Annalie is also a Member of the Innovation Advisory Board at UNLEASH - Innovation lab for SDGs. Throughout their career, Annalie has demonstrated expertise in strategy, innovation, partnerships, and global ecosystems.

Annalie Killian attended Hoerskool Linden from 1976 to 1979. Annalie then went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting at the University of Johannesburg from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a BComm degree in Accounting and Economics at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1988 to 1995. Annalie also acquired an Executive Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Melbourne Business School in 1999. Annalie expanded their knowledge further by completing an Executive Diploma in Strategic Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2008. Lastly, they completed an Executive Programme in Exponential Thinking at Singularity University in 2013.
