Mo Nadeemuddin has a diverse work experience in graphic design and art direction. They started their career as a Manager at New York Internet Cafe in 2009. They then worked as a Freelance Illustrator for Kids Vision, designing posters and flyers for charity and educational events for children. In 2011, Mo joined The Art Institute of New York City as a Graphic Designer, Work Study Tutor, and School Ambassador, where they designed posters and tutored graphic design courses. From 2012 to 2013, Mo worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Resource Magazine, focusing on editorial spreads, infographic/illustration, flyer design, tee-shirt design, and logo design. They then joined RAPP, where they initially worked as a Graphic Design Intern before becoming a Junior Designer and later a Graphic Designer. At RAPP, Mo worked on various accounts such as HP, Gerber, Pfizer, and Humana, participating in website and app design, 360 campaigns, image retouching, illustration and storyboarding, and collaborating on client pitches. Since 2016, Mo has been working at sparks & honey as a Senior Art Director, responsible for redesigning and extending the brand's visual identity, developing a visual system for internal taxonomy, and serving as the in-house illustrator for original artwork used in client work, IP reports, and daily social media illustrations.

Mo Nadeemuddin attended The Art Institute of New York City from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Graphic Design. Additionally, Mo Nadeemuddin obtained certifications in "Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn (year obtained: 2023) and "Motion Graphics Level 1" from the Fashion Institute of Technology (year obtained: 2019).
