Stefaan Verhulst

Stefaan Verhulst is an advisor at Sparks & Honey. Prior to that, they were with the Markle Foundation, UNESCO, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Wolfson College, Oxford, and University of Oxford. Stefaan was also with the University of Glasgow as a senior research fellow and co-founder of IMPS - International Media and Communications Policy Studies, School of Law.

Stefaan Verhulst has a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a BA in Political and Social Science from Rijks Universiteit Gent, and an MA in Communications Science from Rijks Universiteit Gent.
