Christina Crowley

Christina Crowley is the VP of Human Resources at Sparks Marketing Corp. Christina is responsible for all facets of HR initiatives including but not limited to full life-cycle talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, benefits, safety, systems, and tactics. Christina has managed a team of up to 7 team members and employees throughout 10 remote locations. Christina has experience managing projects and initiatives including flexible time-off policies, implementing fully integrated HRIS, ERGs, and spearheading training including creating career paths, vetting and implementing LMS platforms, and content providers. Christina has also partnered with department heads to develop job-specific content for each role and creating a comprehensive program. Christina has been with Sparks Marketing Corp for 5 years.

Before joining Sparks Marketing Corp, Christina was with Ready Pac Foods, Inc. for 11 years where they held positions such as Sr. Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist/Safety Manager. In these roles, Christina was responsible for plans, organizing, and controlling all activities of the department (supervision of 3), developing department goals, objectives and maintaining budget, administering all company benefit programs and local payroll, handling all employee relation issues, managing and conducting investigations and recommending solutions, delivering and coordinating training programs on various topics such as talent management, selection process and onboarding, developing and maintaining employee reward and recognition programs, improving and maintaining employee engagement, managing performance review and compensation process, being familiar with TPM and 5s concepts, managing payroll process for hourly and salary employees, handling unemployment claims, managing attendance policy, handling ER issues including counseling management, benefit administration and onboarding, coordinating and providing formalized training to employees, supervisors and management, maintaining OSHA compliance, conducting safety walks, meetings, and investigations, injury case management, and promoting safety awareness. Christina Crowley has been working in the Human Resources field for a total of 15 years.
