After three years, they moved to Philadelphia to work in advertising as an account executive for Hunter Advertising. After a year, they transitioned to writing and became the producer and studio manager for Philadelphia Style Magazine.

In 2001, Robin moved back to New York to join Sparks, an event marketing company. Robin quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the vice president of events, executive producer, and eventually the chief experience officer. Robin has been with Sparks for 18 years and is currently responsible for all aspects of the company's events, from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery.

Robin is a highly respected figure in the events industry. Robin is known for their creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality events on time and on budget. Her passion for event planning and their dedication to their clients have made their one of the most sought-after event planners in the country.

Robin Lickliter has a Bachelor of Arts from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in Communication and Journalism. Robin also participated in the Semester at Sea program, spending 100 days visiting 13 countries around the world.
