Jon Christiansen

Chief Intelligence Officer and Principal at Sparks Research

Jon Christiansen has had a varied career in analytics, intelligence, and consulting. Jon began their career in 2009 as the Chief Intelligence Officer and Principal at Sparks Research, and later became the Director of Modeling & Analytics. In 2010, they joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz as an Associate Consultant. In 2014, they took on an Adjunct Faculty role at Clemson University College of HEHD in Greenville. In 2017, they became Faculty - Analytics at Charleston Southern University. In 2018, Jon co-founded Ins & Outs.

Jon Christiansen received their BS from Clemson University in 2005, followed by an MA from the same institution in 2007. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Computational Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University. Jon then returned to Clemson University to complete their PhD in 2011. Additionally, Jon obtained a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in March of 2015, and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December of 2014.
