Matthew Szybalski

Matthew Szybalski is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in overseeing both large-scale and agile transformations across various sectors, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Sparksoft Corporation since October 2020, Matthew has successfully managed operations for the Medicare Integrated Systems Testing contract and facilitated the shift from Waterfall to Scaled Agile methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Project/Program Management Consultant at Edwards Performance Solutions, where Matthew established a Program Management Office for the CMS Information Security and Privacy Group, and Senior Project Manager at HighPoint Global, LLC, managing complex software development projects.
