Ricardo Chiappe

Ricardo Chiappe is an experienced Project Manager currently serving as the Deputy Project Manager for the Federal Data Services Hub at Sparksoft Corporation, primarily working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). With a comprehensive background in security and infrastructure management at OperaSolutions, Ricardo has developed expertise in security impact assessments, AWS cloud solutions, and database development.
