Alexis Carter-Black is an accomplished fundraising and development professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at SparkWheel, Alexis provides strategic leadership for fundraising initiatives. Previously, as Senior Director of Advancement at Saga Education, Alexis advanced donor relations and improved grant processes. Other roles include Development Director at PL+US, where a new development department was established, and Director of Development & State Community Relations at Noble Research Institute, where Alexis created the first Development Department. Alexis also held positions at The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation and Health Care Without Harm, managing substantial funding portfolios and enhancing philanthropic strategies. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from the University of Oklahoma.
