Kayci Weimer serves as the Vice President of Program Operations at SparkWheel, a role held since October 2014, where responsibilities include leadership and oversight of program services, budgetary management, and ensuring performance measures are met. Previous positions at SparkWheel include Senior Field Director and Training & Field Director, focusing on field operations and school-based support services. Prior experience includes roles as Program Coordinator and Program and Trek Coordinator at buildOn, where program activities, member recruitment, and community service projects were managed. Additional experience includes working as a Program Coordinator at the Pennsylvania Prison Society and co-authoring an article for the Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal. Kayci Weimer also served as a TEFL Teacher with the Peace Corps, teaching English and training teachers. Kayci holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
