Richard Dapaah

Richard Dapaah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Richard is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at SPARKZ Inc. since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive-In-Residence at Knoxville Entrepreneur Center starting in 2018.

Before their role at Knoxville Entrepreneur Center, Richard founded and served as the Managing Partner of Seaford Capital Management from 2016 to 2017. Richard also worked as a Hedge Fund Analyst at Shire Capital Management, LLC from 2009 to 2015.

Additionally, Richard has experience in the financial sector, having worked at Morgan Stanley as an Equity Research professional from 2005 to 2006. Richard previously worked in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs from 2003 to 2005.

Richard's earlier career includes roles in the technology sector. Richard worked at Agilent Technologies as an Enterprise Solutions professional in 1999. Prior to that, they were part of HP, where they held positions in Business Development from 1996 to 1998 and Software Development from 1990 to 1995.

Richard Dapaah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago. Richard also obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to their graduate studies, Richard received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering from Tufts University. In addition to their formal education, Richard has earned certifications in Neural Networks and Deep Learning as well as Machine Learning from Coursera. Richard's educational background reflects a strong emphasis on business, public administration, and engineering.
