Dr. Sandra Arndt is a seasoned leader in human resources and consulting, currently serving as the Geschäftsleitung of Initiative Chef:innensache e.V. and a member of the Advisory Board at Sparrks. As CEO, Owner, and Founder of Dr. Arndt & Associates, Dr. Arndt draws upon extensive experience from past roles including Head of People Europe & EEMA Insurance Practice and Global Head of Recruiting at McKinsey & Company. Earlier positions include CEO & Partner at KPISOFT and Group Director of HR & Talent Management at Teledirect Pte Ltd.
