Prior to this, Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim worked at Mercedes-Benz AG from March 1990 to September 2012, where responsibilities included Head Executive HR for Passenger Cars and Head Executive Management Development, along with significant involvement in the DaimlerChrysler integration project. Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master's degree and PhD in Physics, Mathematics, and Educational Sciences from The University of Bonn.
