Vicdan Merter

Vicdan Merter, CPCC, PCC, ACTC, is an accomplished coach and human resources professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and HR consultancy. Currently serving as a Coach at Sparrks and a Business Coach at Speexx, Vicdan also holds positions as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp and a Leadership Coach at SparkUs. As a Co-founder of Coachathlon, Vicdan focuses on leadership and team coaching while also training and mentoring coaches at the Jungian Coaching School - International. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Imperial Tobacco Turkey and HR Manager at several organizations, where Vicdan managed comprehensive HR functions. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Marmara, and an Advanced Certificate in English from Reading College of Technology.
