Lisa Harris RN, MSN, has over 40 years of experience in nursing and healthcare, currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer and Risk Manager at Sparrow Ionia Hospital since February 2015. Previously, from February 1980 to November 2014, Lisa held various roles within Sparrow Health System, including Senior IT Clinical Documentation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed implementing the EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation application across multiple hospitals and leading various builds for Critical Care, Organ Donation, and more. As a Department Manager and Assistant Manager in the NICU and NSDU, Lisa oversaw significant teams and patient care for a range of complex cases. Lisa earned a Master’s degree in Nursing Practice from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2008.
