Baj M.

Baj M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles and industries. Baj is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Investment Committee at Sparrow Single-Family Rental Homes since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Citi from 2015 to 2021, starting as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Lodging division from June 2015 to December 2016, then progressing to Vice President from January 2017 to December 2019, and finally becoming the Director in the same department from January 2020 to May 2021. Before Citi, Baj held the position of Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at BMO Capital Markets from June 2013 to June 2015. Baj began their career at Ernst & Young LLP, where they served as a Senior Manager in Transaction Services from April 2005 to June 2011.

Baj M. completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics from 1997 to 2002. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Baj pursued a degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. As part of further education, Baj obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, studying from 2011 to 2013. Apart from these educational qualifications, Baj has two additional certifications: Series 63 and Series 79.
