Nathan Heslop

Nathan Heslop has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Nathan is currently the Group Finance Director / CFO at Sparsholt College Group, starting in 2021. Prior to their current position, they served as a Non-Executive Finance Director, Vice Chair & Trustee at Partners In Learning Academy Trust from 2017 onwards. Nathan was also the Finance Director at ISS Facility Services UK from 2020 to 2021, where they worked on strategic finance projects as well. Before that, they held the role of Finance Director - UK at Aramark from 2012 to 2019, leading financial and commercial operations and overseeing a geographically dispersed team. Nathan Heslop also has experience as the Regional Finance Director (UK South) at Aramark from 2012 to 2017, the Commercial Financial Controller at Arora Group from 2010 to 2011, and the Financial Controller, Construction & Airports at ROK plc from 2006 to 2010. Nathan has additional experience in accounting and finance roles at Wickes, Esporta, and Al Habtoor Group.

Nathan Heslop has a diverse education history. Nathan completed their A-Levels and GCSEs at Norton Knatchbull Grammar School from 1989 to 1994. Following that, they obtained a Bsc (Hons) degree in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey, graduating in 1998. Later, they pursued Accounting and Business/Management at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants starting in 2002.
