Gaia Caruso

Gaia Caruso is a professional with extensive experience in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) roles. Gaia has worked as a Director and Head of ED&I at Sparta Global, leading strategic initiatives and client programs. Gaia has also served as a UN Women Delegate, a Board Member at Selfhood, and a Research Analyst at The London School of Economics, focusing on gender equality and human rights issues. Gaia holds a variety of degrees, including an Executive Master's in Leadership and a Judge Business School Executive Programme in ESG Leadership for Transition to Sustainable Business.
