Adam Helfer

Adam Helfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and customer engagement management. At Sparta Systems since June 2012, Adam has held various roles, including Solutions Architect, where responsibilities include strategic preparation with Account Executives, conducting solution demonstrations, and understanding customer challenges. As Sr. Customer Engagement Manager, Adam managed the Global Accounts program for high-revenue companies, achieving significant service bookings. Previous experience includes roles at Lightspeed Research as an IT Specialist and at Summit Medical Group as a Web Developer/Help Desk Analyst. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with relevant certifications.
