Tim Littlejohn

Tim Littlejohn is an accomplished Design-Build Manager at Spartan Investment Group since May 2023 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Outwest Investments since April 2024. As the Owner of Nottingham Home Solutions, LLC, Tim specializes in predevelopment, collaborating closely with general contractors, non-profits, and developers nationwide. Past roles include Preconstruction at McCauley Constructors Inc. and Project Estimator at Haselden Construction, with earlier experience as a Preconstruction Engineer and Estimating Engineer. Tim has also contributed to Habitat for Humanity as an intern, handling estimation and quality control while educating volunteers. Leadership roles include Indiana State Student Representative and Vice President of the Indiana State Construction Club, as well as founding the Indiana State University Habitat Club. Tim holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University, complemented by an Associate's degree in HVAC and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
