Cindy Stafford

Cindy Stafford, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Cindy most recently served as the Director of People Operations at Spartan Logistics since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Company Wrench, Ltd. from July 2017 to October 2020. Cindy also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Revolutions, Inc. from March 2015 to June 2017, and at LIFELINE MOBILE, INC. from May 2011 to April 2014. Cindy gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Exterior Portfolio by Crane from February 2008 to May 2011. Cindy's earlier career involved positions at ODW Logistics, Inc. as a Project Recruiter (Contract) from September 2014 to November 2014, and at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where they served as an On-Site Manager for The Crane Companies and Insulfoam, as well as a Staffing Administrator, from March 2006 to January 2008.

Cindy Stafford, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Resources Management from Harrison College in 2014. Additionally, in July 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
