Ravindra Sinkar

Ravindra Sinkar has a strong and varied work experience spanning over two decades in roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Finance Controller, and Head of Finance & Legal. Sinkar has worked in a diverse range of industries including healthcare, logistics, real estate, renewable energy, and banking. Notably, Sinkar has successfully raised debt funding for various projects, completed acquisitions and joint ventures, and facilitated significant investments. Sinkar has also demonstrated expertise in financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and strategic direction planning.

Ravindra Sinkar's education history is as follows:

From 1997 to 2000, Ravindra Sinkar attended the University of Mumbai and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a focus on Accountancy, Economics, and Commerce.

In 1997, they also enrolled in The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed the ACS (Associate Company Secretary) program, specializing in Company Law.

The following year, in 1998, they began pursuing a Chartered Accountant certification at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they obtained in November 2002.

From 2000 to 2003, Ravindra Sinkar attended the University of Mumbai again and earned an LLB degree, focusing on various subjects such as Company Law, Constitution, Tax Law, Banking Law, and Jurisprudence.

Later, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Masters in Finance degree with a specialization in Finance at the London Business School.

Additionally, they obtained further certifications, including Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in November 2002 and a Company Secretary qualification from ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) in June 2001.
