Bob Coler

Bob Coler has extensive legal experience, currently serving as the City Attorney for the City of Spartanburg since December 2018. Prior to this position, Bob worked as an Assistant City Attorney at the Greenville City Attorney's Office from March 2009 to December 2018 and as an Assistant Solicitor at the 7th Circuit Solicitor's Office in Spartanburg, SC, from November 1998 to March 2009. Bob holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, which was earned between 1993 and 1996, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, completed in 1992.
