Elizabeth Paulsson

Advisor at Spartanburg Methodist College

Elizabeth Paulsson is currently an advisor at Spartanburg Methodist College. Prior to that, they worked as an Early Education Library Associate at the Gwinnett County Public Library from May 2018 to January 2022. There, they planned and executed programs for groups of varying sizes and provided one-on-one assistance to customers on various topics, including career development. Elizabeth also formed community partnerships and both attended and planned outreach events and visits.

Before working at the Gwinnett County Public Library, Elizabeth was a Front Desk Clerk at the City of Dacula from June 2017 to May 2018. There, they provided customer service and guidance to current and prospective residents of the City and functioned as the office manager, ordering and stocking office supplies as well as coordinating trainings and office meetings and events. Elizabeth also performed administrative and basic accounting responsibilities.

Prior to their work at the City of Dacula, Elizabeth was a student intern at UGA Christian Campus Fellowship from January 2017 to May 2018. Elizabeth also worked as a shelver at the UGA Science Library from September 2014 to May 2018.

Elizabeth's first job was as Lead Counselor at Kid's Crossing Learning Center from May 2014 to August 2016.

Elizabeth Paulsson has a Master of Arts from John Brown University's Graduate School in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, and a B.S.F.C.S. from the University of Georgia in Human Development and Family Studies and Communication Studies.
