Mike Koppenol

Mike Koppenol has worked in the field of human resources for over 17 years. Mike began their career at Herman Miller, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Employee Benefit Programs, Director of Employee Benefits, and Director of Total Rewards. In 2017, Mike joined SpartanNash as the Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on total rewards.

Mike Koppenol completed their Bachelor of Business Management degree at Grand Valley State University from 1987 to 1992. Following this, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Management at the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1992 to 1997.
