Todd Cramer

Todd Cramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and military operations. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Sparton since October 2023, Todd previously held positions such as General Operations Manager at Reliance Test & Technology, LLC, and Vice President at Sonalysts, Inc. From 2014 to 2017, Todd served as Chief of Staff for the Undersea Warfare Development Command and held the role of Commander at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport from 2010 to 2014. Todd's naval career includes key leadership roles such as Commanding Officer of USS VIRGINIA and Deputy Commander of Commander Submarine Squadron FOUR. Academic qualifications include a BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MSE in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America.
