Andrew Schlachter

Andrew Schlachter is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in data management and analytics. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Engineering at Spartronics since January 2021, Andrew leads a team and spearheads the development of a Lakehouse-Warehouse Hybrid in Microsoft Azure Government, utilizing technologies such as Databricks, Pyspark, Scala, and SparkSQL. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Primus Technologies Corp. as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where responsibilities included ETL processes for Dynamics D365 and server upgrades. Andrew's earlier experience includes positions as a Business Analyst at Geisinger Health Plan and an IT Helpdesk Technician at UPMC Susquehanna. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
