James Kimble, CPCM, LSSGB

James Kimble, CPCM, LSSGB is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of experience in contract management and operations/plans officer roles. James started their career in 2000 with the US Army as an Operations/Plans Officer. In 2021, they joined the South Carolina Department of Transportation as a Contract Officer/Negotiator and then in 2022, they moved to Sparus Holdings as a Contract Manager.

James Kimble, CPCM, LSSGB obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2017 and 2019. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Barton Community College between 2012 and 2014. In addition to their educational qualifications, James Kimble holds a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), obtained in October 2022, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, obtained in January 2021, an Air Mobility Division (AOCIQT) from the United States Air Force, obtained in October 2017, and an Air Traffic Control Services Certificate from the United States Department of the Army, obtained in December 2000.
