Marla Niebling

Marla Niebling has had a long and varied career, beginning with their service in the US Navy from 1993 to 1997 as a Yeoman. From 1997 to 1998, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Security Officer. From 1998 to 2004, they were employed with CBS Personnel in various roles, including Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Staffing Supervisor. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at LasikPlus (LCA-Vision Inc.) as a Human Resources Manager. From 2008 to 2014, they were an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Lakota Local Schools. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Human Resources Talent Management Officer at Mason City Schools. Since 2018, they have been employed at Miami University as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and Director of Employee & Labor Relations. In 2021, they began working at Sparus Holdings, LLC as Human Resources Director and Manager of Employee Engagement & Retention.

Marla Niebling attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources.
