Steven Householder has worked in a variety of roles since 1983. Steven started their career at Windsurfing Hawaii as Production Shop Manager and Product Development. Steven Householder obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Physiology from the University of Minnesota. In 2017, they completed a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In 2018, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
