Ronda Caballero has a long history of experience in sales, operations, and management. Ronda began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Store Manager and National Account Executive at AT&T. In 2012, they became a General Manager at Best Buy, where they directed retail store functions and managed sales and operations activity with full P&L accountability. In 2015, they joined HD Supply as an Area Manager and Portfolio Sales Representative, where they managed a portfolio with over 400 accounts and oversaw a $20.5M portfolio with full P&L accountability. In 2019, they took on two roles as Sales Manager at BE&SCO Manufacturing and Business Development Manager at OYO USA. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Account Executive at SPARXiQ. Throughout their career, they have designed and implemented strategic sales plans, increased close ratios during times of uncertainty, created relationships with key influencers, and managed special initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Ronda Caballero has a lifelong learning approach to education and has obtained numerous certifications. Ronda has obtained certifications in Sales Aptitude and Verbal Reasoning from TestDome in September 2021.
