Sarina Simon's work experience began in 1992 when they became the President of Philips Media Home and Family Entertainment. From 1997 to 1999, they served as the Senior VP at Knowledge Universe, where they worked on assessing products and managing potential acquisitions. In 1999, they became the President and CEO of Knowledge Kids Network. From 2000 to 2004, they were a Board Member of LeapFrog. In 2003, they became the President of NorthSouth Studios and later assumed the role of CEO until 2014. Sarina co-founded SparxWorks in 2019, where they developed proprietary technology to create augmented reality experiences without needing coding skills.

Sarina Simon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Sarah Lawrence College, although the exact years of their enrollment are unknown. Later, they pursued a Master's degree at Columbia University from 1971 to 1972. The field of study for both their degrees is unspecified.
